As the Global Digital Content Producer for Converse, located in Boston, MA, you will be part of a team developing and executing a holistic, digitally led go-to-market content strategy. You will deliver best-in-class and effective sell-in tools across the integrated marketplace. Bring to life globally-aligned geography brand x product seasonal stories, creating on-strategy content for our wholesale partners and Converse.net. You will manage the creation of brand-right photography, videography, and other sales tools. The work will be varied and fun, and the expectation is to be an integral part of the team creating and bringing new digital experiences and solutions to the Converse brand.
Partner with global and geography cross-functional teams to identify seasonal product stories. Ensure we tell a holistic and seamless digital content story to the Converse consumer across all channels.
Create and deliver digital content to be leveraged, for sell-in and consumer, across all four Converse geographies.
Manage agencies, vendors, and internal partners to deliver product tech sheets, seasonal product imagery, brand imagery, and videography.
Ensure effective and compelling content creation for the Converse.net platform.
Drive digital creative concept of imagery needs, decision support tools and other activities to support initiatives and roadmap.
Develop creative, presentations, photos and product placement to maximize sell-in and enhance the consumer experience.
Execute seasonal strategies. Partner with the brand team to ensure a consistent brand experience throughout all content.
Ensure content meets merchandising/brand needs and delivers against the brief for each campaign. For this, you will need to be able to communicate concepts to various internal stakeholders.
Write the playbook - establish process and best practices for this newly created function
Actively work to gain knowledge and experience regarding Converse’s philosophy, products and processes, trends, the consumer and overall marketplace culture. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field
5+ years' experience Digital Commerce or Digital Production for a multi-store retailer or wholesaler; 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree
Strong understanding of the global markets, customers, and retail trends
Experience providing direction to agencies, ability to manage a budget
An entrepreneurial mindset, creative thinking and problem solving
Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
Strong networking skills
High technical skills/aptitude (excel, database, digital images, marketing, etc)
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and presentation design are a plus
