The Level II NDE Technician will be responsible for performing onsite inspections utilizing UT equipment.
- Independently perform UT, MT and PT readings.
- Work alongside the API 510, 570 and 653 Inspectors to generate necessary reports and perform remaining life calculations to communicate retirement dates to Client.
- Ensure site compliance with inspection activities and report inspection compliance statistics to management.
- Assure inspection activities are completed on time and compliant.
- Recommend resource level requirements to meet inspection plans.
- Interface with maintenance and operations of inspection requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate with inspection team members and infrastructure personnel
- Follow-up and provide QA/QC on repair execution
- Participate in IEPC and Client safety programs
- Calibrate testing equipment
- Organize and report test data
Minimum Requirements
- UT, MT and PT technician certificates
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience
- Must be able to work for any U.S. employer
- Strong analytical and computer skills
