We are a marketing agency, located in downtown Fort Smith. We focus on small to medium size businesses, as we as start-ups. We off branding packages, marketing consultation, marketing strategies and planning, and many more services. We are looking for candidates to help us bring on and manage more clients. We are looking to expand our agency in the next coming months and want to start adding members to our team. So, an opportunity to grow with us, and to move into a supervisory role, is completely there. The candidate should possess a good understanding of how different social media platforms work (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc), as well as, a basic understanding of marketing strategies and/or willingness to learn. The candidate should also possess good interpersonal skills and be comfortable in a sales environment. This position is a commission only position, so how much you want to make is completely up to you. Commission rate will be discussed in the final interview.
