Work you’ll do

As a Solution Strategist for - SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud/CloudCraze – B2B), you will help clients define their eCommerce requirements by leading and facilitating working sessions to gain an understanding of the client’s current state processes and technology in the eCommerce space as well as supporting the implementation that follows. The Solution Strategist is responsible for providing storefront solution guidance, working with creative and technical teams and bringing recommendations of best practices across the digital eCommerce landscape. If you like to design leading-edge solutions, you will help clients unlock the business value of SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud).

Advertising, Marketing & Commerce

Our Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients’ brand values for measurable business growth. We do this by creating content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients’ marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.

We serve our clients through the following types of work:
Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development (web, mobile, social, physical).
eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations
Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions
Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions
Marketing analytics implementation and operations
Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution
Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution
Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results.


3+ Yrs. of experience with 2+ years of eCommerce experience working with CloudCraze.
Ability to start work within 4 to 6 weeks of accepting an offer (if offer is extended).
Knowledge of CloudCraze extension points and configuration vs. customization tasks
Exposure to CloudCraze Data Model and OOTB Capabilities
Understanding of all Administrative options/tasks/interfaces available in the tool.
Experience with third party integrations like Address/shipping/tax validation, Payment authorization, CRM, OMS, etc.
Good analytical, communication and written skills with the ability to convey clear and concise thoughts and ideas.
Up to 80% travel required
Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely
Assess client business requirements, and work closely with the Technical Architect/Lead to provide long-term functional solutions based on the applicable Salesforce platform best practices
Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively
Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices
Drive client functional requirements and B2B eCommerce best practice adoption
Author & review functional specification documentation for implementations and other large projects
Build & demo storefront prototypes/complex use cases
Stay current with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platforms, releases, and new features & functionality
Identify opportunities and assist pre-sales support activities when needed
CloudCraze certification is a plus.
Awareness of performance and SEO standards.
