Job Summary
Mayfair Village Retirement Community in Lexington, KY is seeking a results-oriented Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts of achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy and community exposure. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Must have 5+ years sales experience in independent and/or assisted living leasing. Experience in marketing to physicians, hospitals, rehabs and case managers a must.
This full-time position includes identifying and converting prospective leads, conducting tours, maintaining a CRM, completing respective reports, development and editing of marketing materials, maintaining a marketing presence in the community, and planning, organizing, and executing promotional events and yearly advertising campaigns.
The candidate must be willing to do internal and external marketing and have reliable transportation. Flexibility in availability for nights and weekends after-hours events and prospect needs is imperative.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales/leasing experience with a minimum of two years in senior living
- 2+ years of referral development/community networking experience
- 2+ years CRM system experience
- Microsoft Systems Proficiency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year
