Job Description

Perform rigorous data analysis using advanced technical skills in order to develop insights into our data enabling the company to make better decisions, strengthen customer service, and increase profits. Continually strive to expand the utilization of our data, grow analysis techniques and broaden our application for both ourselves and our customers.


Guide broader strategy using advanced analytic knowledge and techniques

Ensure all data projects are performed using the highest standards for quality

Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to drive global business decisions

Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intricate data models used to lead global solutions

Understand the processes and standards in place to effectively and accurately cleanse data for each project.

Locate and define new process improvement opportunities through independent research

Present findings in a clear and concise manner to broad and diverse audiences Qualifications

Master Degree (preferred) or Bachelor Degree in the areas of Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

Experience with database design, navigation, and data extraction in SQL server, DB2 DBMS or similar

Experience using data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar

Experience using Python or R for data cleansing and analysis.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Experience working with Process Mining technology a plus
