Your skills may not include painting expertise, and that is okay. Our ideal candidate is an experienced project manager capable of producing high quality work on budget with a high level of customer satisfaction. Our success is based on repeat clients and referrals from satisfied clients, so your ability to connect with and build relationships with customers is key. If you have those qualifications and understand commercial construction, we can help you learn the technical aspects of painting while you are on the job.

Preferred skills and experience for the position:

  • Ability to understand the needs of and build close relationships with owners, property managers, facility managers, and the other key participants as you produce the work.
  • Flexibility and understanding of how to manage a project so it is a success for all concerned.
  • Ability to Work with our foremen and crews so they produce the work and are happy doing so.
  • Strong grasp of financial management– from developing budgets to ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • A track record of managing projects ranging in value from $ 50,000 to $ 2,000,000+.
  • Comfortable managing 4-5 concurrent projects at various stages of completion.
  • Personable and enjoy working closely with co-workers, clients and the public.

Compensation:

  • Starting salary between $80,000 to $120,000 depending on skills and experience.
  • Bonus for work produced up to an additional $50,000.
  • Potential for Profit Sharing.
