At All Care our Accounting Manager is empowered to show off and apply their skill in Excel and QuickBooks, while single handedly multi-tasking between platforms, solving problems, managing financials and ensuring accurate and timely statements and reports.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The Accounting Manager supervises the billing specialist and is responsible for managing the department activities to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. In addition to general bookkeeping and payroll this position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting.


Prior work experience as an accounting manager or supervisor with a thorough understanding of financial reporting and the general ledger structure.

  • Proficient in QuickBooks and MS office.
  • Strong and detailed knowledge of payroll with experience and knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data on spreadsheets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Expert knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices
  • Medicaid billing experience is a plus.
  • Possess good time management, problem-solving skills and able to manage multiple priorities
  • High degree of integrity, self-motivation and willingness to step up and assist where needed in a small office setting.
