Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative will act as the main point of contact for our customers and provide excellent customer service as well as processing customer orders and answering inquiries.
Communicate with customers to ensure successful resolution of account inquiries and requests for product information
Enter customer orders in company’ s system, provide order acknowledgements and follow up with execution of order
Review and maintain customer account information
Maintain a familiarity of company products and identify opportunities to suggest products that will meet the customer' s needs
Help track customer orders
Maintain a working knowledge of organization’ s structure to use as a resource for answering inquiries Perform job duties using computers, telephones, fax postage machine and other technology
Work on special projects as requested or required
Customer Service Representative Profile:
HS Diploma Required
1-2 years of customer service experience
Strong data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office environment
Strong written and verbal communications skills
