Full Job Description
Position Summary:
As a Platform Product Owner (PPO), you will partner with our team to translate product strategy and problem solving into a detailed, prioritized backlog of user stories, developing an opportunity to build and refine a best-in-class customer engagement platform.

In this role, the PPO will collaborate with an agile delivery team to implement, measure and learn from the improvements made, while tracking and delivering measurable objectives to both internal and external stakeholders. Serving as the scrum master, you will enable the team to self-organize, removing impediments that will help foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous delivery and improvement.

Required Skills

Essential Responsibilities Include:
Supports business strategy by forming a backlog of features and user stories for client-facing teams

Articulates requirements for each user story with detailed information
Review test plans, output of automated testing or perform manual testing efforts
Works collaboratively and uses best practices
Effectively uses data and insights from multiple sources that benefits the business and clients
Constantly find ways to meet business goals and learn from members and end users through frequent, measurable enhancements
Monitors and improves product health
Prioritizes and resolves issues and defects through collaboration
Seeks to improve processes across the entire product and delivery teams
Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders and levels of management
Play an active role in digital development
Enhance Platform capabilities to enrich the client and consumer experience
Contribute to define and refine the strategy and select the tools to enable a centralized platform
Lean on user behaviors and expectations to develop a personalized experience
Combine user and product strategy demands to create a differentiating and relevant experience for users
Guarantee a roadmap aligned with our technological ecosystem
Maintain close collaboration with other product, development, sales and business intelligence teams

Required Experience

Position Requirements:
BS/BA Degree
3-5 years in design, product marketing, management, UX, or product analytics experience
3-5 years of experience managing high-tech products development as a product manager in the field of B2B and / or B2C SaaS platforms.
3-5 years of experience working in organizations and projects with AGILE development methods, with geographically remote and multilingual teams
3-5 years of experience creating documentation for communication with varied audiences
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Prior experience with product analytics and business requirements elicitation is an asset
French language skills are a plus

Travel: Travel approximately 10% of the time.

Job Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States OR Montreal, Canada
