Supervise a technical support team that is supporting Honeywell Intelligrated’s conveyor products. You will leverage your engineering experience and skills to lead the investigation and solution of challenging technical problems. You will use your leadership abilities and contribute to the development of Honeywell Intelligrated’s next generation of technical support engineers. By collaborating with customers and broader engineering teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive exceptional team outcomes. You will collaborate with the other team supervisors to provide 24/7 supervisor support using an on-call schedule. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members on technical and behavioral competencies to deliver high impact business results.

Use your expertise and acumen in engineering to lead a team of engineers that supports our conveyor technologies at customer sites.
Drive the application of work processes and standards to ensure high support quality and process efficiency
Work collaboratively with customers and broader engineering teams to balance your team's capacity with prioritized activities

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Some engineering experience
Demonstrated leadership experience in overseeing entry level employees and delivering successful projects
Capacity to quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
Ability to consistently make timely decisions and balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness, even in the face of complexity
Competence to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
Demonstrated experience with specific tools appropriate for the field
Advanced multi-tasking skills
Ability to manage difficult customer situations/crises with grace and tact
