Full Job Description
Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operation products, is searching for an Inventory Control Manager for our Columbus, OH location. We are looking for a hardworking, motivated, and customer focused individual.
Our Operations team is growing rapidly to support our Nationwide Distribution Network. The Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for increasing inventory accuracy to improve service levels and re-warehousing inventory to accommodate sales growth and increased purchasing .

This position requires or previous experience in an inventory related environment or a minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience in all departments
Previous experience tracking expendable products for the automotive and/or industrial maintenance market is preferred.
This position requires computer literacy
This position requires the ability to respond quickly to problems, and the ability to work in a stressful environment
This position requires the ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers; both orally and in written form
This position requires the ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand written and oral instructions
This position requires the ability to follow oral and written instructions
This position requires the successful completion of a ninety (90) day orientation period
This position requires the execution of an Employment Agreement contract between Kimball-Midwest and the employee
Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred, but not required.
