Job Description:
The APM of Marketing is a full-time exempt position located in New York, NY reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing. The APM is a key member of the US Business Unit who will help manage key patient marketing initiatives. The APM will work closely with a multitude of cross-functional partners including Market Research, Customer Call Center, Field Patient Educators, Legal and Medical Affairs to ensure consistent organizational alignment with patient marketing messaging and care center support messaging for Optune.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
The APM is primarily responsible for supporting the management and excution of key patient and caregiver initiatives in close collaboration with the Senior Product Manager, Patient Marketing. These initiatives will be aligned with brand strategy and supported with customer insights. The APM, will work with the Senior Product Manager, Patient Marketing to help develop, execute and assess patient initiatives
Support marketing messages across multiple channels including social, digital and print
Support the development of an integrated CRM system to help facilitate communications to prospective and current patients as well as caregivers
Help align communications across the organizational channels including Marketing, Customer Care Center and Field Patient Educators
Identify opportunities to improve the patient and caregiver experience
Support positive, customer-centric culture and champion health literacy fundamentals across communications
Perform other responsibilities to meet the demands of the changing business and company environment
Manage relationships with agencies
Effectively manage budgets for assigned projects
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal guidelines
Travel is a required component of this job. Candidates should be willing to travel up to 20% of the time with visits to the Portsmouth office.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
Exceptional project management and cross functional collaboration skills, as demonstrated by a proven track record of managing multiple initiatives
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
Commercial experience that has yielded an understanding of the activities required for successful associate product marketing
Actively seeks opportunities to improve existing customer experience and proposes appropriate content and solutions
Good project and budget management skills
Operates quickly and decisively in a fast-paced, demanding innovative environment. Able to make sound judgments and escalate when in doubt.
Demonstrated ability to be resourceful in an entrepreneurial work environment, which includes ability to roll up sleeves and lead or contribute to a project in a direct capacity

Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree required
A minimum of 3 years of related work experience in healthcare industry
Patient centric marketing experience is preferred, specifically in program coordination, metric reporting and messaging to the patient and caregiver audience
Track record of success, as demonstrated by roles of increasing responsibility

Preferred Experience:
Medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience
Advanced degree in relevant area
Oncology, Immunology, Neurology or Hematology experience
