About the Position
This is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate who is eager to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients in our growing practice.
Our ideal candidate is comfortable working with the public, has worked in an office environment where a high level of customer service was required, and can understand and manage the element of sales in a cosmetic setting.
The position requires a person with outstanding interpersonal skills including a pleasant demeanor, positive attitude, tact, diplomacy, patience, and flexibility. The ideal candidate must also have the ability to interact effectively with patients, doctors, staff, and members of the community.
Meet with new and existing patients to discuss plastic surgeon's treatment plan, provide pricing and payment options, educate and credential our practice and plastic surgeon
Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential patients, referring physicians, and outside representatives
Build business connections with the local community in partnership with our marketing team
Communicate with business office patient financial responsibilities and appropriate billing codes
Responsible for inquiry follow up via phone calls and website
Compile, track, and condense statistical data for reports
Assist front desk, clinical and surgical staff in implementing efficient clinic schedules, work plans, and objectives
Plan for efficient utilization of OR, personnel, anesthesiologist, and plastic surgeon
Collaborate with marketing and management team to create and maintain engaging social media accounts
Educate employees on latest offerings
Plan community events promoting our physicians and services.
What do we look for?
Cosmetic sales experience and/or experience in a plastic surgery office highly preferred
Experience in sales or business marketing a plus
Must have strong customer service skills and experience
Must have the ability to multitask, and demonstrate an attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally about sensitive subjects
Ability to maintain discretion, accuracy, and confidentiality with all patients
Must be mobile in an office environment; frequent standing, sitting, and walking
Must be able to travel between Tarpon Springs and Clearwater offices
