Now conducting interviews for our Customer Sales & Retail Service Representative opening. This opening is entry-level with the opportunity to progress into an upper-level managerial role.
No experience is required; however, we find the best candidates come with a background of 1-year experience in sales and customer service, such as retail, hospitality, or the restaurant industry. Reason being, these positions require individuals to be quick on their feet, solution-providers and customer focused. These skills are easily translated into our company and sales positions.
Responsibilities for the position:
-Acquire new customers and win-back old customers inside our retail locations
-Offer impeccable in-person customer service
-Learn in-depth product-knowledge of client and competitors
Requirements for the position:
-Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
-1 year experience in a customer service field (ex: retail, hospitality, restaurant industry, sales)
-Strong work ethic
-Enjoys being part of a team
-Solution-oriented and focused
