We are looking for an experienced and energetic General Manager to oversee our exercise equipment and facility. The manager must be comfortable communicating with members of the public and will be responsible for maintaining all equipment, supervising employees and scheduling classes. We are looking for an employee who can balance a busy schedule, adapt quickly to changes and multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Must have sales experience and be capable of selling gym services to prospective clients
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Manage operations and finances of business
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices
- Drive development of employees
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
- Make custom fitness plans for clients
- Motivate clients to keep up with their workout
- Oversee the maintenance of gym equipment
- Keep the space clean and organized
- Communicate with other staff members
- Ensure client safety

Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,500.00 per year
