Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food management and hospitality, ensuring that our restaurant delivers exceptional service and maintains high standards of quality. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for staff training, kitchen management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to promote a motivated team.
- Implement food service management practices to optimize kitchen operations and minimize waste.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of the restaurant.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menus and special promotions.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order management and financial reporting.
Skills
- Proven experience in food management within the food industry, preferably in quick service fast food or casual dining settings.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of kitchen management practices and food safety standards.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
