Role Description:
Menspro Media™ is seeking a Content Strategist to shape and execute our digital content strategy. This role involves managing website content, creating persuasive copy for both online and offline channels, and overseeing social media platforms. The strategist will work closely with marketing and design teams to develop impactful campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and enhance brand engagement across all media.
Key Responsibilities:
CEO’s Vision & Brand Voice:
- Develop and maintain the CEO's vision and voice across all content, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with the Menspro brand.
- Collaborate with the CEO and VP of Digital Advertising to translate the brand's mission into clear, compelling, and authentic content.
Content Creation & Copywriting:
- Develop, edit, and update website content to ensure that messaging is clear, engaging, and on-brand.
- Craft compelling copy for online and offline advertisements, email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and print materials.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing assets that align with copy.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Create and schedule daily posts, engaging stories, and multimedia content that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor social media trends, audience sentiment, and respond to community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of social media content, website traffic, and advertising campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports to the VP of Digital Advertising, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing content and strategy.
Collaboration & Campaign Strategy:
- Work closely with the VP of Digital Advertising to develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, design, operations) to ensure a cohesive and effective brand message across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Degree in journalism, public relations, or marketing preferred (Not Required)
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media management, ideally within the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creativity.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and analytics software.
