SALARY: $90,000-$95,000 Annually
We are looking for an Operations Manager to be based at the Batavia, IL location reporting to the General Manager.
Job Summary
The Operations Manager coordinates all activities related to operation of the facility. They will either perform the duties themselves or through their leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop production, inventory control, staffing, safety, and quality goals with supervisors and holds them accountable
- Ensure standards of productivity, inventory control, safety and accuracy are met
- Provide guidance to the development of personnel requirements, material needs, tooling and equipment needs
- Ensure all established costs, quality and delivery commitments are met
- Review’s production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational and maintenance problems.
- Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives
- Maintains vendor relationships.
- Compile, store and retrieve production data for reports
- Ensure that tools and equipment are kept in the designated areas and are secured at all times
- Other duties as assigned.

- Analyzing information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems
Selective Preference:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science from a four-year accredited college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
