Description: The Workforce Development Program Coordinator, who reports to the Director of Workforce Development, is responsible for coordinating and implementing the recruitment, hiring and onboarding process for employees, and assisting with staff training and coordination. The position is full time, exempt.


  • Coordinate the hiring process and all pre-employment procedures for new employees.
  • Coordinate the recruitment of a diverse talent pool of prospective employees.
  • Coordinate job training, onboarding, and job placement.
  • Special projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major in one of the following disciplines: Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Four years’ experience in an Administrative/HR capacity.
  • High level of computer/tech proficiency.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Criminal record clearance, and health requirements including TB and immunizations.
