Seeking an energetic, enthusiastic registered behavior technician who loves working with children and adults with special needs. Positive Reinforcement PLLC's mission is to provide the highest quality services possible to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other abilities while using positive strategies with the recipient experience in mind when designing and implementing behavior change strategies and interacting with the person. Duties include:
-Use an online data collection platform to input data during session
-Implement treatment plans and program recommendations under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA).
-Create positive relationships with those with special needs and their families
-Conduct discrete trial training and NET strategies during sessions
-Maintain a consistent schedule
-Receive supervision weekly from a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)
