Legrand North America is seeking a talented and motivated IT Business Analyst to join their growing development team and assist with multiple initiatives across Enterprise Digital Solutions.
This role will report to the Product Data Quality IT Program Manager within Enterprise Digital Solutions and will function as a liaison between IT and users and have both business and technical expertise. This will include working closely with business stakeholders and project managers and convert business requirements into technology solutions. This role will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be well versed in understanding business workflows and translating them into functional specifications.
Primary Responsibilities:

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies.

Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system development and implementation.

Partner with stakeholders across divisions and business units to develop analyses and documentation.

Author and update internal documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.

Supports the Project Manager in delivering the project plan and business requirements.

Clarify, update, and improve the business processes impacted by the technology changes that are part of IT projects.

Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain system processes.

Coordinate communication between IT and other divisions and business units.

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent required.
