Design & Integration (DI), a leading audiovisual technology company in Baltimore, is looking for an Audio Visual Installation Technician to join our team. The preferred candidate will possess 1-2 years audiovisual installation experience and will have excellent customer service skills. Experience with audiovisual system setup and troubleshooting is preferred. The preferred candidate will be familiar with Crestron/AMX control systems as well as Tandberg/Polycom VTC platforms. Manufacturer training such as Extron, Crestron, Biamp, Tandberg, Polycom, Cisco, or Christie is a plus.
Required Skills & Experience
1-2 years audiovisual installation
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to troubleshoot complex audiovisual systems
Strong computer skills
Ability to work independently
General mechanical aptitude and a working knowledge of hand and power tools preferred
Construction experience preferred
CTS and DMC-T preferred
