Job Description

The Commercial End User Outside Sales Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities in a define territory on a B2B basis via cold calling, networking, referrals, and following up on qualified leads in our CMR system. We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated and disciplined go getters with a strong background in B2B sales.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for entire sales process from prospecting to close of deal
  • Identify and qualify all prospects
  • Utilize professional sales skills to identify decision makers, negotiate the deal, close sales and secure the contract. Achieve monthly quota consistently !
  • Understand customer needs and sell and differentiate the BullBag solution in a competitive environment
  • Follow up on leads, commitments and opportunities
  • Daily input and maintenance of CRM database on all prospects, effectively using the system to manage sales efforts, move accounts through the sales funnel and record opportunities won and lost
  • Ability to manage a high volume of activity in a changing environment
  • Clear and effective communication of information, both orally and in writing

Compensation and Benefits Package

This position is commission only. Commercial Sales Representatives will be paid weekly based on commissions from prior week. unlimited earning potential!!

The Company The BullBag, LLC is a company that provides a reusable dumpster bag which is called The BullBag®. The BullBag® is the only storable and reusable dumpster bag that is guaranteed for multiple uses. It will hold up to 4,500 lbs. of waste material in a capacity of 8 cubic yards. (Equivalent to 3 pickup truck loads). The bag is designed to allow the customer to pay for the amount disposed of by filling to the 4, 6 or 8 cubic yard fill line – not by actual weight as traditional dumpsters charge. The BullBag also deploys their patented lifting devices to pick up the BullBags. The Bags can only be disposed of through these lifting devices. The BullBag proved its scalable model over the last 5 years by selling bags and pickup services in the North East. The company is now preparing to expand into other areas of the United States and Canada based on the demand from their large retail partners and the clear need for this mid-sized dumpster solution. There has also been much interest abroad from parties interested in franchising or licensing opportunities. Even though there are many traditional metal dumpster companies across the United States, there is relatively no competition for this type of solution. The BullBag fills the need for waste disposal for needs less than 8 cubic yards and more than the average 35-gallon trash can will hold. We believe The BullBag® is an extraordinary, new, and revolutionary solution to a long-standing problem in the waste management industry. We have identified a niche in that marketplace that is large and extremely profitable. Management’s goal is to create brand recognition as the premier, bulk Pick-up Company in the country, capture customer loyalty through a quality product and service and enhance business growth for the retailer. We have a sound, workable business plan to grow the company from a small operation in Connecticut to over 25 territories throughout the US within 7 years.
