Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our team. As an Eyelash Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash services to our clients. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for enhancing natural beauty, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Apply eyelash extensions to clients using various techniques
- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their desired look and assess any allergies or sensitivities
- Provide recommendations on lash styles and lengths based on client preferences and facial features
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sterilization and disinfection protocols
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and techniques in the eyelash industry
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance of their eyelash extensions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns or questions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of eyelash extension application techniques and styles
- Familiarity with product demos, color theory, MINDBODY, hair styling, body waxing, hair extensions, guest services, tattooing, nail care, and dermabrasion is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid esthetician or cosmetology license REQUIRED

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
