-Daily production of artisan chocolates and confections
-Maintain exemplary technique.
-Maintain high productivity.
-Work with care, to limit mistakes and product loss.
-Maintain positive energy within the fellow staff.

-Receive and put away deliveries
-1+ year combination of education and/or experience in pastry and/or confection
-Positive and friendly attitude, with demonstrated willingness to work with a team

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to taste or smell. The employee is required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
