Rene Furterer, a rapidly growing premium French salon hair care brand, is seeking an Associate Brand Manager in its US headquarters. Founded in 1957, Rene Furterer uses pure essential oils and key plant extracts in all products and in-salon treatments to reveal, enhance and beautify the hair by addressing the needs of both the scalp and hair. Combining scientific expertise and the mastery of hair styling to create high quality formulations, these professional products reveal immediate and long-term visible results.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role is responsible for supporting all marketing efforts that drive sales and market share growth for RENE FURTERER in the US, with a strong focus on marketing initiatives in the brand’s luxury salons.

Key Responsibilities(include but not limited to)

  • Help develop and execute 360 marketing programs and initiatives in partnership with the Sr. Brand Manager, Marketing Director and cross-functional teams (Logistics, Sales, Education, Merchandising and Digital)
  • Provide overall support to marketing department on day-to-day responsibilities and key launches
  • Maintain marketing calendar planning for key campaigns & launches
  • Be point-of-contact for creative project feedback within Marketing team and work directly with Creative Agencies
  • Actively monitors the competitive landscape: Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising
  • Act as marketing liaison to field sales team
  • Support the Marketing Team on all presentation and administrative tasks
  • Assist in preparation for all PR materials (launches and on-going support)
  • Participate in development of digital marketing and website management

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing role, beauty preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accuracy; able to detect inconsistencies and errors with keen attention to detail
  • Analytical, passionate, and innovative with experience in brand marketing and content development
  • Must have a passion for the Beauty Industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and adaptable to change
  • Proactive and self-starter, high degree of initiative thinking and independence
  • Ability to efficiently work within a team environment
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver – at times with little direction/oversight
  • Positive attitude with an excitement for learning, open to new experiences and challenges
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • French language skills a plus but not required
