We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers or Associate Social Workers (with a BBS Number) and Licensed Family Therapists or Marriage and Family Therapist Interns (with a BBS number) to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate will provide group counseling and facilitation in mental health setting to individuals who have been convicted of Domestic Violence and also Parents who have been convicted of Child Endangerment or Neglect. The chosen Clinicians will be responsible for assessing patient needs for group treatment and conducting homogeneous and heterogeneous intervention groups teaching anger management techniques, conflict resolution, problem solving techniques, healthy parenting techniques and other necessary psychological interventions to bring about family unity and violence prevention. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work independently and facilitate psycho-educational groups with men and women.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations.
- Provide crisis intervention services.
- Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Provide psycho-education to clients and families.
- Maintain client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Maintain standards according to the Riverside Probation department Requirements for Domestic Violence Intervention and Family violence prevention.
- Stay informed about best practices in telehealth to enhance accessibility for participants unable to attend in-person sessions.

- Clinical Social Worker and “Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist” (Preferred)
- CA Certifications (40 Hours Training) in Batterers’ Intervention Program for Riverside County Probation (Required) Certification from any other County in California will be accepted and submitted to Riverside County Probation for verification and acceptance.
