HVAC construction company in Long Island, NY is currently looking for a proficient HVAC Project Super to join our team. As a project super, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where excellence and value are at the core of our operations. Our office is located in Suffolk County, however the majority of the projects are located in the boroughs. The project super will not be reporting to the office.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor and control project budgets, including cost tracking
- Implement quality control measures to ensure construction meets industry standards
- Supervise and provide guidance to project teams
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications
- Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or changes in project scope
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
**Experience:**
- OSHA 62 hr required
- Proven experience in HVAC systems management
- Familiarity with construction management processes
- Proficiency in software such as procore, newforma, autodesk
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively
- Knowledge of Bluebeam / CAD software for project coordination

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
