How you will influence the cannabis community:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers, including educating consumers on strains, products, consumption methods, and medical marijuana (when applicable).
- Maintain the appearance of the retail sales floor, including merchandising, restocking inventory and cleaning sales area.
- Notify inventory department of any product discrepancies and communicate any necessary transfers to restock the floor
- Help customers achieve the best experience possible at ASHE and let customer know about promotional deals
- Continue cannabis education and keep up-to-date product knowledge.
- Processing customer payments and entering transactions into retail POS system.
- Fill customer orders
- Help with curbside pick-up order transactions
- Meet retail sales quotas.
Skills for success:
- Must be 21 or over per DCC regulations
- Communication ability
- Sales/ Customer Service Skills
- Results Driven
- Cash handling skills
- Experience with CRM or POS software
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and sitting at a desk working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift least 25 pounds at a time
- Must be able to bend, kneel, squat and twist
