We are looking for a experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to see patients in a per diem basis in South Miami area.
Must have previous home health experience
Bilingual is a plus: Spanish
Experience with Kinnser is a plus
LEVEL II Background Screening and recent IN-SERVICES complete

Health Care of South Florida Corp is a CHAP acc bredited home health agency established in 2005 servicing Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Services provided include skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and non-skilled home health aide / companion. HCSF specializes in post-transplant care, advanced wound care, trauma rehabilitation, post CVA rehabilitation and infusion/chemo therapy.
HCSF accepts all major HMOs including; HUMANA, UNITED HEALTHCARE, CARE PLUS, BCBS, AETNA, CIGNA, WELLCARE, AMERIGROUP, MOLINA, SUNSHINE and private pay as well as MEDICARE.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in home and ALF.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and goals.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote independence.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations is a plus.

Pay: $55.00 - $100.00 per hour
