Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Lead a team of Technicians performing fabrication and installation of test stations in support of various aircraft programs for Systems Integration Labs (SILs)
Day to day management and execution of fabrication, installation and oversight of employees performing building of various test stations
Coordination with functional organization, to support employee goal setting and performance feedback, creation of development plans, activities and initiatives to improve culture, resource forecasting, staffing exercises and tool requirements
Driving process rigor, ensuring compliance to company, program and security requirements
Associate's degree and 4 years of related experience
Qualified candidates should have a detailed understanding of test set fabrication and project management
Candidates must be able to travel for business as needed
Fabrication experience with Vehicle Manager Systems Integrated Test Stations and Mission Systems Integrated Test Stations
