The primary function of the Administrative Support Assistant (ASA) is to provide clerical and general office support functions. The ASA operates under the lead direction of the Dean's office staff, and under the direct supervision of the Associate Dean. The ASA's major responsibilities include: (1) college-wide administrative support and special projects; (2) office support and communication and interaction with others.

Full-time, temporary position with benefits ending on or before June 30, 2019. This position may continue beyond June 30, 2019, upon the availability of funds.

Opening Date: July 13, 2018

Satisfactory completion of a background check (including a criminal records check) is required for employment.
