We have an opening for a full-time attorney to join an in-house legal department for a company that provides post-payment recovery services in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will support our recovery operations and must be able to handle and prioritize a variety of tasks and interface with multiple departments, as well as, external clients. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and some background in either personal injury, workers' compensation and/or health care subrogation. Any experience handling Mass Tort claims or subrogation, ERISA litigation, Medicare/Medicaid subrogation and working in an in-house claims environment is a plus.
Must have a JD from an accredited law school and must be licensed to practice law in at least one state.
