Job Duties include:
Individual Gift Donor Cultivation:
Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors contributing gifts of $0-$999.
Develop personalized communication strategies to engage and thank donors.
Monthly Donor Affinity Group:
· Coordinate and manage the monthly donor affinity group, fostering community and connection among donors.
· Organize regular meetings and activities to encourage engagement and support.
Special Event Logistics Support:
· Provide logistical support for fundraising events, ensuring smooth operations from planning to execution.
· Manage attendee registrations and coordinate with sponsors to maximize event success.
Acknowledgement and Donor Data Management:
· Oversee donor acknowledgment processes to ensure timely and personalized recognition of contributions.
· Maintain accurate donor data and records in the donor management system, tracking contributions and engagement activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in fundraising or nonprofit development preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in donor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
