Full Job Description
Coordinate the development and delivery of training programs to support complex products and procedures or a major area or customer. Deliver training courses or assist junior trainers in the classroom. Establish and review course content and objectives. Provide work leadership to junior employees, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs.
- 5+ years of experience with strategic workforce planning, human capital management, training, or organizational development
- Experience with general management consulting concepts and execution
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- BA or BS degree
