What you would do at True Rx Health Strategists:
The Proposal Content Manager is responsible for managing the life cycle of an RFP and develops responses to assigned proposals. The position is responsible for collecting accurate, timely information relevant to the specific bid instructions and platform from the internal and external subject matter experts (SME) and is expected to support proposal development to meet a timely delivery.
Previous Experience and Abilities:
- Utilizes proposal database and previous bids to provide compliant proposal responses Edits responses, ensuring coherence of style, proper development of theme, and compliance with agreed to marketing strategies and RFP requirements
- Meets with Business Development and Marketing teams to review RFP and determine requirements to develop compliant, customized responses
- Oversees and coordinates all proposal timelines
- Coordinate, research, write, edits and proofread all proposal responses to support the identified strategy, and ensure proposals are properly submitted
- Responsible for researching and obtaining competitive industry proposal response information and offerings and sharing that knowledge with the Business Development and Marketing teams
- Completes all miscellaneous proposal related projects
- Performs other duties as assigned
Ideally you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Individual must be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
- Strong writing skills, including ability to create proposal responses from scratch with minimal or no direction
- Utilize strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to develop cross-functional relationships, both within day-to-day work activities and beyond directly assigned tasks
