We are looking for an energetic, motivated and diligent Intern with exceptional writing and communication skills to work alongside our Planning Team on spares exchange projects. We offer the opportunity to assist in coordination and management of a varied portfolio of projects in a dynamic environment with high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Intern has a primary responsibility to assist in managing and supervising administrative, technical and financial aspects of assigned projects from project start to completion. Intern will directly report to the Planning Manager. Specific duties include but not be limited to:

Take full and direct responsibility to support to manage all aspects of assigned projects from initial stages of project start through to completion
Help ensure projects run on time and budget
Provide active role and use critical judgment in the development of all project deliverables
Ensure quality and timely submission of all project deliverables and documentation as assigned by the PM
Proactively communicate with experts, clients and all other relevant stakeholders for each assigned project as directed by the PM
Participate in Business Activity analysis
Provide any other project management related task upon request from management.


Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain
Must graduate after December 2020
Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship


High computer literacy (MS Office)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures
Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively
