Handyman / Contractor / Maintenance Technician
We have year-round maintenance and repair work serving top brand-name companies. Seeking experienced Craftsmen and Technicians with a variety of construction skills to support the growth of our business. Our client, Gagelion, is a commercial and residential maintenance and repair company serving the greater Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, and El Paso Texas areas with excellent customer service and quality work.
What You Will Receive
- Earn $500-1,500/week, depending on your skills and availability
- Work as an Independent Contractor - part-time or full-time - on your own schedule
- Professional Office Support - scheduling, customer support, job tracking

Responsibilities
The Handyman / Craftsman / Maintenance Technician has expertise in multiple types of commercial and residential property repair and maintenance. You must have basic maintenance and repair skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude. We are looking for craftsmen (and women!) who can accept work and produce it. If you have at least 3 of the following skill areas, you're the kind of person we need to add to our team:
- Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge
- General Carpentry - Rough and Finish
- Painting Interior and Exterior
- Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
- Flooring Repair and Installation
- Landscaping
- Locksmith
- Parking Lot Care
All candidates should be confident in the following areas:
- Great Customer Service and Client Relations
- Knowledge of Building Codes
- Material Management
Requirements
- Must have current driver's license and submit to a background check
- Must have tools, vehicle and good references
- Must have experience in the maintenance or repair trades
- Must pass screening process
- Must have a smart phone and access to the internet
We are always looking to speak with an experienced handyman or craftsman (or woman!) who has professional experience as a Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, Painter, Mason, or Installer or any skilled tradesman from the construction industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $23.82 - $26.01 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
