Under general supervision, the Executive Assistant is responsible for administrative support to the CMO.

Responsible for daily activities and operations of office services, often including working with vendors, travel and expense, presentations, booking meetings and facilities

Schedules and coordinates projects and handles special assignments from manager

Book travel and handle expenses in expense system

Responsible for scheduling meetings for CMO and calendar updates

Create Purchase Orders

Responsible for special projects as assigned

Skills Required:
College degree preferred with 2+ years of related experience

Very detail-oriented

Excellent communication skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Powerpoint and Excel

Detail oriented, accountable and can work independently with little supervision
