Qualifications:
- At least 2 Years of F&I experience required
- Reynolds & Reynolds Docupad experience preferred but, not required
- Must be willing to undergo and able to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening
Responsibilities:
- Motivate, train, and adhere to high ethical standards, while maintaining gross profit and top-tier customer service index (CSI) scores
- Achieve monthly forecasted sales and gross profit targets.
- Follow up on sales leads by effectively working with sales consultants and assisting the sales team in closing deals. Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a process-driven environment.
- Greeting clients to effectively time transition from Sales to Finance.
- Determine clients' financing needs based on a professional interview process.
- Presenting a transparent menu to clients with their financing options and products to enhance their vehicle ownership experience and protect their investment.
- Educating clients on the value of these options and products and assisting them to make the wise and best decision.
- Processing finance transactions including lenders' approval and timely funding.
- Ensuring that all administrative processes are handled timely and in compliance with company policy.
- Ensuring 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
- Ensuring clients' satisfaction on every transaction and addressing it immediately if needed. Providing an exceptional client experience.
- Achieving targeted Sales and Finance departments’ goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
