- MUST have TC experience
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment
- Able to shift focus seamlessly
- Capable of understanding compliance nuances
- Familiar with Colorado Real Estate Contracts + Contract Systems + MLS
- Enjoys working as a Team and in a support capacity to our Agents
Responsibilities:
- Pre-List to Activation Process
- Under Contract to Close Process
- Compliance System Review/Management
- Manage internal systems
- Miscellaneous system/administrative support
*This is a 1099 Sub Contractor Role
