In this role, you will…
Serve as MedPro Group’s lead administrator for the Cornerstone learning module, overseeing courseware assignments, troubleshooting issues and managing the communication process for learning.
Be responsible for the maintenance and administration of MedPro Group’s compliance training curriculum, including learning management system (LMS) administration to track user completions, working with subject matter experts to update and refresh compliance content, and coordinating with third party vendors to build and maintain compliance modules.
Develop course curricula, supporting materials/job aids and programs for learning and talent development content and initiatives, utilizing various content authoring applications.
Assist in determining learning needs and objectives for MedPro Group’s employees and partners, including analysis of learning data and making informed decisions based on findings.
Assist in managing and administering user data and assigned non-LMS Cornerstone/Success Center module implementations and ongoing maintenance.
Ensure the delivery of learning courses and programs through suitable methodologies, such as eLearning, experiential activities, individual coaching and instructor-led training.
Assist in evaluating employees' learning performance and related improvements to the business.

We are looking for candidates with…
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, organizational development, instructional design, adult learning or related field.
Demonstrated acumen for project management.
Demonstrated system implementation experience.
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SharePoint and Visio experience preferred.
Working experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate learning content authoring tools preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated competency of attention to detail and accuracy of data.
Demonstrated ability to engage and build rapport with all levels of the organization.
Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information.
