Position: Management Trainee Program – Security & Concierge Service

Date: June, 2018

Salary: $55,000 -$60,000K

Point of Service Assist in managing an Assigned Portfolio of Accounts

Assist in preparing the Weekly Work Schedule of Assigned Accounts

Managing the Work Schedule

Conducting Random, Unannounced Inspections of Assigned Personnel A and B Shift (Monday-Friday) A or B Shift (Saturday or Sunday)

Contacting/Meeting with Customers

Visual, Note or Telephone Face-to-Face (Informal) Formal w/Agenda

Responding to Service Emergencies

Preventing/Covering Open Posts

Conducting On-Site Incident Investigation

On-Call Responsibility

Training

Ensuring that all assigned personnel are fully-trained and certified to work independently

100% Compliance with TCS Requirements Re-Certification of all Assigned Personnel

Creating and implementing site-specific training examinations at all assigned sites

Creating and maintaining formal and informal communication with assigned personnel to ensure that procedural changes or relevant information is passed between shifts accurately and efficiently.

Procedural Preparing the Weekly Work Schedule for each Assigned Account Tracking Personnel Changes and Certifying total weekly hours worked by assigned personnel and by account

Updating all Operations Manuals*, Emergency Contact Information and Third Party (ie.Tenant/Resident/Vendor) listings

Ensuring that all assigned personnel are outfitted with an ample supply of uniform items

Tracking absenteeism and tardiness for all assigned personnel

Issuing Warning/Disciplinary Action Letters to assigned personnel

Documenting the termination of all assigned personnel

Ensuring that all company/customer issued equipment is (1) on-site and (2) fully operational

Ensuring that Package, Visitor Authorization and Key audits are completed (1) routinely and (2) accurately

Creating and distributing memorandums that inform assigned personnel of procedural changes and/or performance related issues

Fielding/ resolving all personnel issues at assigned accounts

Placing Friday afternoon confirmation calls to weekend personnel at assigned accounts

Eliminating unbilled overtime at assigned accounts

Interviewing all prospective security officers/concierges prior to employment and/or site assignment

Communicating salient off-shift issues at assigned accounts to Overnight Management

Communicating service failures/customer concerns to Senior Management Attending weekly management meetings
