A training manager takes new hires and works together with them to develop and mold their skills. You will provide them with the support, guidance and game-plan during their first few weeks in training. This is entry-level management that gives you the opportunity to learn the industry and advance quickly based on merit. You will participate in accelerated management training, and will be given the opportunity to be creative and innovative all while staying within the company system that has been proven to yield success; you will help develop individuals and future leaders.
