Monitor the literature and help clients and internal teams stay abreast of new developments in the category

Aid in the development of POVs for internal teams and clients around new developments

Client Relationships:

Develop meaningful and productive senior client relationships to ensure that strategic recommendations exceed expectations

Lead client facing meetings where appropriate within your discipline

Business Development:

Ensure teams are rapidly immersed in the science behind the opportunities

Assist internal teams and business development on identification of experts in the fields associated with the opportunity and provide interpretations of relevant literature
Strategy and Scientific Acumen

Partner with internal teams to provide guidance and expertise on the science behind the brand and the category

Work with clients and teams to ensure the very best data and science are central to our efforts

Aid new clients and internal teammates in onboarding of the data and science of the brand
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 2 years’ prior work experience
-
Prior experience in an agency environment (working in brand medical education or medical strategy) or marketing environment (pharma, health/wellness, biotech, etc)

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs.
