National Sales Manager

In this position, you will be setting appointments, presenting, and selling the benefits of Mortarr through outbound phone and email communication.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
As a Sales Representative, you will focus on building relationships, overcoming objections, and ultimately closing new business. The ideal candidate is a clear and concise storyteller who strives to exceed expectations through a strong work ethic and desire to be uncommon. You will educate commercial professionals and brands on the benefits of our platform to help achieve their marketing goals.
Consult with businesses on how to market their firm or brand through Mortarr
Develop a sustained pipeline through active prospecting
Overcome objections with solutions
Ask questions to mine for pain points
Present over the phone, on-screen shares, and in-person
Close new business
Work with other team members to successfully serve clients
Match marketing needs with media placement solutions
Spend most of your day on the phone, making hundreds of calls per week
Occasionally attend industry events and trade shows

Exceptional closing skills
Interest and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Reliable and self-disciplined sales professional
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
SAAS Sales Experience a plus
Expertise in B2B sales
Advertising or media sales a plus
Track record of success building sales by prospecting for new clients
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Technology related experience
Familiarity with commercial construction and design industry
Track record of selling intangibles
Base salary plus commission
