## Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced English and Russian Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency, and supporting the staff in various administrative tasks.
## Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with team members and external parties
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking activities
- Coordinate vendor management and procurement processes
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Develop and implement training programs for office personnel
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently
## Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office management role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software applications
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation is a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in training development and implementation
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
