Overview of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leads the management and development of HR programs, practices, and policies to ensure Interos is an employer of choice
Facilitates strong communication among employees and management
Develops and oversees Interos' benefits and compensation strategy and programs
Oversees and directs the talent acquisition function
Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the organization's strategic goals/objectives
Consults regularly with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters
Manages and/or designs and develops strategic HR training programs for management and employees
Guides managers and employees on problem solving, conflict resolution, and regulatory compliance
Maintains responsibility for organizational compliance with federal and state legislation pertaining to all employment matters
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resource Management, Business, or relevant field.
8+ years of management experience in human resource functions to include employee relations, recruitment, talent development, benefits, compensation and compliance
Strong leadership skills as well as effective consultative skills, high integrity and sound business judgment
Knowledge of Government Contracting compliance.
Experience with organization development in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
A very high degree of personal integrity including the ability to manage sensitive or confidential information
Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple processes and priorities and deliver assignments on time in a dynamic environment
