The Partner Coordinator manages the day to day tasks and processes that support the client’s strategic marketing plan including, but not limited to, budgets and billing processes, deadlines and production traffic flow, creative approvals, and client relationships. The Partner Coordinator supports the Managing Director and Account Managers to insure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients by gaining in depth knowledge of the client’s strategy, delivering excellent customer service, and knowing key client contacts, decision makers, and end users in order to facilitate execution of account management .
Develops and maintains strong relationships with co-workers and internal business partners to facilitate execution of account management .
Focuses on project management of work required for client; completes dockets, work orders, action requests, and other processes in order to manage the internal creative projects from start to finish.
Ensures project deadlines are established and communicated to the appropriate parties, then monitors progress, proactively communicating changes as needed.
Completes client’s billing processes.
Provide regular updates to Account Manager and Managing Director on status of activities and workflow.
Expense reports and support for Managing Director and Account Managers
Facilitate client visit prep and logistics
Document preparation for meetings
Primary responsibility for recaps, documentation and archiving of information
Maintain and update MTL for all activities required for clients
Backup Client point of contact
CRM administrator for Client information
Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.

Experience: 4+ years demonstrated experience with the following:

Managing projects or events from concept to completion including logistical, analytical, and customer facing aspects
Prior experience working with $1 Mil + accounts
Design experience (Drupal or Photoshop)
Experience with high intensity and high activity client
Experience with managing email campaigns
Balancing the priorities and demands of multiple projects utilizing time management skills to prioritize work load and achieve goals
Maintaining defined standards through quality control processes
Providing excellent customer service
Building relationships at all levels
Managing the work progress and product of others
Writing and editing proposals and presentations
Technical skills: Prior experience with Drupal, Photoshop, and HTML. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Power Point, with advanced skills using Excel and Publisher.
